Today Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is popular. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo and Aikido all originally come from Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Today Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has proven to be one of the most effective fighting styles when in close-quarters or on the ground. Regardless of the size and strength of your opponents, students will learn the mechanics of how to utilize leverage, positioning and timing to submit their opponent through joint manipulations, chokes and holds.
