BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU PROGRAM:
All Student's that attend Jiu-Jitsu Classes must have a Jiu-Jitsu Uniform & start out as a White Belt. See Sensei Tony or Rosie for details.
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU BELTS:
White, Grey, Grey Stripe Yellow, Yellow Stripe, Orange, Orange Stripe, Green, Green Stripe, Blue, Purple, Brown & Black.
Gi Classes - means a student is required to wear a special uniform for Jiu-Jitsu.
No Gi Classes - means a student wears no Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) gi and instead is required to wear required board shorts and rash guard shirt.
TAE KWON DO BELT ORDER:
White, Yellow, Orange, Orange Stripe, Green, Purple, Blue, Blue Stripe, Brown, Brown Stripe, Red, Red Stripe, Black Belt Candidate and Black Belt.
SPARRING DAY:
Fridays is Sparring Day. All students Orange Belt and above are required to have a full set of sparring equipment. See Rosie or Sensei Tony for details.
